Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery update or receipt of the package.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
